Prairie Edge

I am Stephanie Van Hemert, Principal at Prairie Edge. It is an honor to work with our staff to provide quality educational opportunities in a highly structured and supportive environment. Prairie Edge teachers collaborate with teachers across our district to align our content to the CCSD Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum. We collect and review data to identify gaps, and we support students in filling those gaps while ensuring access to the Core instruction. Our students have small classroom settings, strong connections with adults, and many opportunities to learn and practice academic and social emotional skills. Prairie Edge staff are committed to getting to know each student and helping them be as successful as they can be. I am proud to lead a building that is so committed to Success for All.
